As a museum highlight, a new project of TAB Holding, which was also co-founder of the Samurai Museum Berlin, is being created, the "Cold War Museum" on an area of around 1,600 m² at Unter den Linden 14 in the heart of the former "capital of the Cold War". As probably the first future-oriented Museum 4.0, it is scheduled to open in the summer of 2022. For the first time, it will make the Cold War comprehensively accessible in all its international complexity and will form the missing link between Berlin's museums on this complex topic.

Engel & Völkers Commercial Berlin acted as intermediary and advisor in all cases. Dr. Harald Braun, Managing Director of TAB-Holding, expresses his thanks: "We are pleased that we have now twice been able to successfully count on the very committed and goal-oriented mediation by E&V Commercial Berlin with our museum projects and look forward to further cooperation for our next museums."
